Include the app name, version, macOS version and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help; remove private details first. Never send passwords or your complete photo, invoice or drive library.
Getting started
Each app includes a skippable startup walkthrough and numbered instructions. Settings lets you reopen the walkthrough and choose whether it appears at startup. Appearance starts in System mode; Light and Dark are available.
Archive Manager
Create and inspect archives with local processing, verified outputs and careful extraction safeguards.
This version excludes DMG and ISO creation. Extended attributes and resource forks are not preserved.
Data Recovery
Scan an authorised folder or mounted drive for recoverable content in existing files, or inspect a preserved disk image.
This version scans existing accessible files in authorised folders or mounted drives, and raw disk-image files. Folder permission does not expose deleted files in free space. Raw external-device scanning without an image belongs to the separate website edition, which requires Developer ID signing and helper validation before release. Recovery success depends on available bytes; TRIM and encryption can prevent recovery.
Downloads Cleaner
Find large, old, incomplete and duplicate downloads, review the evidence and choose what to keep.
Names and archive-folder matches are review signals; installer versions and extraction equivalence are not verified. Recovery requires the recorded file to remain available.
Duplicate File Finder
Find byte-verified duplicates across chosen folders and drives, compare folders and review every cleanup.
Exact duplicates only. Protected packages, system areas and cloud-only placeholders are excluded. Scan My Mac means accessible personal scope.
HDD Catalogue
Catalogue connected drives, search their recorded contents offline and label each drive with a printable QR code.
Offline records describe the last completed scan. Hash matches are recorded evidence; reconnect and verify current originals before relying on copies.
Keyboard Sounds
Choose a sound pack, preview it locally and add optional system-wide keyboard sounds without recording typed text.
System-wide playback depends on macOS Input Monitoring. Protected contexts and Secure Input can suppress playback. Sandbox and clean-install permission behaviour require release validation.
Mac Temperature Monitor
Follow your Mac’s thermal pressure, CPU load and power state with local history and a lightweight menu-bar view.
Store edition uses public APIs and does not report CPU/GPU temperatures or fan RPM. The direct edition reads supported hardware sensors; availability varies. No fan control or medical/safety claim.
PDF Toolkit
Organise, optimise, protect and inspect PDFs in one native Mac workspace while preserving your original files.
Target-size compression reports the actual result and cannot guarantee every requested size. Rasterised operations can change text/searchability. Embedded QPDF engine must pass sandbox and nested-signing checks.
Photo Library Cleaner
Review a media folder or Apple Photos library, compare similar images and export smaller copies without replacing originals.
Visual similarity is a suggestion, not an exact duplicate guarantee. iCloud-only assets and limited permission affect coverage. Original Photos packages are never edited directly.
Website Downloader
Save bounded static website snapshots, search their recorded text and export a portable offline copy.
Static capture cannot reproduce every JavaScript application, login session or protected site. Remote links and captured content may contain private information; inspect exports before sharing.
Daily Tasks
Capture tasks, organise plans and review your day in a focused native Mac workspace.
Calendar and reminder behaviour must be validated with denied permissions and sleep/wake. No erehwon-hosted collaboration or sync is advertised.
Image Toolkit
Convert, resize and compress images with a larger before-and-after viewer, reusable pipelines and batch exports.
Input decoding and output encoding capabilities vary by macOS format support. Preview reflects the encoded result. Original files are preserved; inspect colour, metadata and output sizes.
Ultimate Invoicing
Prepare invoices and quotes, organise clients and review Smart Quotes drafted from customer briefs.
Review Smart Quote assumptions and all financial totals before finalisation. No automatic sending or online payment collection is advertised. Optional connections have separate availability and privacy requirements.
My Mac Cleaner
Review storage, exact duplicates and selected cleanup opportunities with clear evidence and reversible actions.
The Store build excludes privileged system maintenance and input suppression. No malware scanning, RAM purge or guaranteed speed-up is claimed.
Sleep Manager
Keep your Mac awake for downloads, presentations and focused work, with timed sessions and battery safeguards.
Controls idle sleep only; it does not bypass lid-close sleep, screen locking, manual Sleep or critical battery protection. Schedules require Sleep Manager to be running and do not wake a powered-off Mac. macOS reports may be incomplete. Drive caching and firmware can limit the effect of read-only activity. Wi-Fi identity, Bluetooth and VPN triggers are excluded.

System Audio Recorder
Audio recordings, notes, tags and recovery files stay on your Mac. No app analytics, account or cloud service. Microphone and system-audio capture require macOS permission. Sharing and export happen when you choose them.
Protected media may be silent. The app must remain running to record. Recovery may lose the last unfinished fragment. Original masters use CAF; exports use WAV or M4A. High combined gains can clip.
Batch File Renamer
Choose files or a folder, then grant access to the containing folder. Build your rule stack and check the live preview. Review the plan, confirm Rename and keep the job history for reference. Files keep their existing folders; renaming folders or moving files is outside this version. Metadata availability depends on the format. Undo checks current file identity and cannot guarantee restoration after files have been edited, replaced or moved.
Clipboard Manager
Start capture when you want to save copies, or add a clip yourself. Search your library, prepare a snippet or choose an image in Extract Text. Review, copy and press Command-V in the destination app. Automatic replacement of typed abbreviations, automatic pasting and cloud sync are not included. OCR results need review. Protected Clips are excluded from ordinary JSON exports. File clips store references rather than file contents. Privacy markers and app exclusions help, but cannot identify every secret automatically.
Mac Storage Intelligence
Select the drive or folder you want to understand. Grant access and scan the selected scope. Explore a category or file, inspect the evidence and review any proposed action. A folder scan measures the selected accessible scope, not the entire volume. APFS shared blocks, snapshots, protected locations and filesystem overhead can make file attribution differ from volume usage. Reclaimable space is not a guaranteed saving. Partial scans are marked and are not complete comparison baselines.
Ultimate Video Compressor
Add a supported video and inspect its picture, duration, colour and audio. Choose settings and a separate output folder; try a sample if useful. Review any track or format warnings, then compress and inspect the saved result. Supported input follows native macOS decoding for MP4, MOV and M4V with one readable video track. Target size is an estimate. Standard PQ/HLG HDR uses a restricted native HEVC path; Dolby Vision and dynamic HDR10+ are not supported. Extra tracks and chapters may be omitted only after acknowledgement. No MKV, AVI or WebM support is advertised.
