Terms of use

Effective 20 October 2026. These terms describe use of erehwon.com.au and information about erehwon software.

Website information

Check each product page for supported features, compatibility, availability and purchase details. Paid apps show one-time prices in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST for Australian purchases. Payment is processed through Stripe. A purchase button is enabled only after the app download and checkout configuration are ready.

Using the apps

Use apps only with files, devices and websites you own or are authorised to access. Review scan findings, export settings and financial documents before applying changes. Maintain suitable backups. File recovery, compression targets, hardware sensor access and complete website reproduction cannot be guaranteed for every input or device.

Software licences and purchases

Website purchases are one-time purchases for the app identified at checkout. You may install and use a purchased app on Macs that you own or control and keep backup copies. You may not sell, redistribute or sublicense copies without permission, except where applicable law permits. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. A website purchase does not automatically provide an App Store entitlement, or vice versa.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If an app or service fails to meet a statutory consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. Contact hello@erehwon.com.au for support; App Store billing and refund requests can also be submitted to Apple.

Intellectual property and external links

erehwon software and its licensors retain rights in the software, site content and branding. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. External websites are operated by their respective providers. You are responsible for permissions to copy third-party content.

Files, clipboard content and media

Review proposed filename changes before applying them and keep independent backups. Clipboard capture and OCR can include sensitive information; use exclusions, pause capture when needed and review recognised text before relying on it. Media output size and quality depend on source content and settings. Storage measurements describe the selected accessible scope and do not guarantee reclaimable space.
